Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Fuck My Workout (the “Service”) at fuckmyworkout.com. By entering the Service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Adults only
The Service is an adult fantasy game for men. All depicted characters are adults 18+. You must not use the Service if you are under 18, or if adult sexual content is illegal where you live. The entry screen is a self-attestation, not government ID verification.
2. Account
You may create an account with a username and password, and optionally a passkey. We do not collect email addresses for signup. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others or reserve municipal / brand handles you do not own.
3. Play, money, and saves
In-game currency (Dick Coin) and progress are server-authoritative. We may correct obvious bugs, reverse exploits, or reset corrupted saves. Virtual items and currency have no cash value outside the Service and are not redeemable for real money unless we say so in writing.
4. Conduct
Do not attack the Service, scrape aggressively, share exploits, harass other players through supported channels, or upload illegal content. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules or harm other players.
5. Content and IP
The Service, art, prose, code, and marks belong to their owners. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play. Player submissions (for example Idea Desk text) may be stored and used to run the feature you invoked; do not submit material you lack rights to.
6. Cookies and local signals
We use a small number of cookies required to run the Service (age attestation and login session). Details are in the Privacy Policy. By entering you consent to those cookies as described there.
7. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” Fantasy content, availability, and balance may change. To the extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) zero if you paid nothing.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
