RANCH WORK AGREEMENT

The worker is of sound mind and acts freely. After the Boss stamp he may not walk the job mid-shift without quitting the roll. He offers cock, balls, nipples, and full body labor for the schedule below, and—if he earns a penalty mark—the corporal sentences on page II and the woodshed. Pay hierarchy: Boss sets wages, keys, wall chart, end-of-shift order, and night sentences. Equal clean gear: every clean worker wears the same ordinary day clamps and cock shock ring. Penalty gear is harsher and is posted on page II. Crying, begging, shaking, ejaculation, or buckling does not cancel this agreement or end a corporal sentence.
I. Who is on this paper
Worker = you on Harlan's wage roll. Season length is the Boss's business. Not a tourist. Not a foreman unless named. Boss = Harlan and key-holders. Foreman = men who run a row, well, mill, or barn line. Woodshed and page II = corporal law.

III. Work rules
- No bargaining on scheduled poses, gear, or jobs.
- Cock and chest bare to the work for clamps, ring, boots, hammer, well, mill yoke.
- Quiet when ordered on mill, well, Load frame, and corporal class.
- Penalty marks pause wages and open page II. Stay and serve to keep the job. Gate = off the roll.
- Friend substitute: one day of another worker’s sentence = three days the friend must serve.
IV. Wages and product
Wages and piece rates are Boss-only. Load cups and Cum Trace belong to ranch / Load Dairy. Corporal unpaid labor and loan bodies during a sentence pay the ranch, not the man under the mark.

Stamp puts the worker on today’s wage roll, binds the penalty board, and issues clean day clamps plus cock shock ring (penalty gear replaces them if a mark is live).
