The Gymnasium is the Euro Circuit's Greek stop: one roof, four working wings, every man adult and expected to train bare. The word comes from an older tongue that meant a place you trained naked, and the yard still keeps that meaning in force. This is not a suggestion; it is a posted regulation. You are a circuit visitor. You may walk the wings, read the notice wall, and watch the sessions on the listed benches. You do not enlist, and no wing will try to recruit you.

The Gymnasium requires nudity in the training yard. This is not a suggestion. It is a municipal regulation. Men entering the yard to train are expected bare or in the single permitted garment for their event (swim briefs on the water, singlet on the court, pads on the field). The regulation is posted because it is often misread as a request.

Change rooms are shared and uncurtained, per Wing Order. There is no stall for the man who needs privacy; the Municipality has judged that a training center cannot afford one. Visitors who are uncomfortable with this may wait in the colonnade. The showers run at a fixed temperature and are not a story.

Every coach in the Gymnasium is a senior municipal officer with an even face. What a coach orders on the court or in the water is enforced as posted: a grip held, a drill finished, a lap repeated. Coaches do not raise their voices; the regulations do the talking. A coach may call a white flag on any session. That call ends the session.

Public gaze is part of the training. Seats along the natatio rail, the palaestra gallery, and the campus stand are open in the posted order. You watch what is scheduled and you do not touch the rail. Pool-side gaze is listed on the day board as a spectator event, because it is one.

On posted exhibition days the Yard opens a sand sheet for Ferrum & Flesh: weigh-in, oil, three exchanges, audience pot. Entry is a clerk stamp and a fixed fee. This is not enlistment and not a death show. Sign the sheet at Sand bout when the day board lists it.

A municipal oil stall sits between Palaestra and Thermae for scrape-kit and exhibition oil. Contract talk stays on the Thermae social floor — soft whispers only; the Yard does not run a lanista desk or a Forum of Bets.
