Las Key is a long, Keys-shaped spit off Central's edge. Ferries are the only way in, and the island has room for two mafia families. Dante controls one quay: casino lamps, Steamworks after the drop—when the tables cool for the night—and a hotel spine with a keyed service tunnel for a visitor who cannot cross the casino floor. Vance controls the other: separate ledgers, separate lamp blocks, same island. The families contest ferry lanes, lamp blocks, water service, and casino operations; neither owns Las Key outright. Grant remains protected on either quay. You are a visitor, not a recruit. Read the Quay ledger, inspect the service tunnel, or complete a desk errand without joining either family.

Two high hotels for runner work: Dante's Gilt Crown and Vance's Nacre Court—desk trays and private lounges. Service tunnel sits under Dante's Gilt Crown. Steamworks is the men's bathhouse after the drop—cabins, steam, daily stage. Quay Casino is the soft entertainment floor—wheel, scratch, Expellor, daily caps. Quay House stays in the ledger (townhouse Grant rents out)—not a map pin.
