Jonah's crotch scent
Observed response
House chart: one breath eases grip in neck, shoulders, and hips before hands go on. Less bracing. Easier stretch at end range. Athletes say the whole chain goes quiet at once.
House note (Atlas crew)
House note · members · physical therapy staff
If you hold a membership, you can ask the physical therapy staff for the secret aromatherapy. They will not put it on the visitor price list. They will not explain the catalog.
Protocol is simple: two stock bottles, one selection per session. Name the cut. Staff load the diffuser or the warm-stone tray and start the session. They do not argue preference.
Non-members cannot even ask. The students sticker does not open this shelf. Membership only—and you ask at physical therapy, not the glass desk.

Observed response
House chart: heat prep. Local and felt core temperature rises; blood follows to the surface. Stiff tissue eases as it warms—especially back chain and hip flexors after heavy loading. Staff use it when the goal is ready hips and shoulders under heat, not sleep. Mild flush is expected; that is the cut doing its job.
